The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i have tryed that then tryed game again and it crashed on load screen again i also tryed to open gta without rage and that crashed as well 

did you do ANY mods to the game before it started to crash?

Yea I put a van on I have deleted the mods folder and started again and also verified my files though steam and still not working
