Couple of things:

[30.11.2019 23:12:44.126] Initializing console variable "PluginTimeoutThreshold".
[30.11.2019 23:12:44.126] Type: System.Int32, Reading section: "Miscellaneous", key: PluginTimeoutThreshold
[30.11.2019 23:12:44.129] Read value: 20000

You need to go into the RPH Settings Menu and change the PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60,000.

Also, if you have texture issues, that means the game memory is low. How many addon vehicles and plugins do you have?

Thanks! 🙂

Just now, DoctorWhy1120 said:

I have 16 car addons and 15 mods (not counting callouts)

And do you have the gameconfig installed? And if so, what level? It is recommended to use the 1x Peds 1x Vehicles.

1. If you are on DirectX 11 change it to DirectX 10 or DirectX 10.1 (I reccomend DirectX 10)

2. Set in LSPDFR.ini (Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr) ''Main.PreloadAllModels = true'' to ''Main.PreloadAllModels = false''

oof
