Hello, When trying to open Rage Plugin Hook (Everything is up to date) it shows as open in my task bar for like 2 seconds then goes away and nothing happens or opens. I've tried running as an administrator, disabling antivirus, reinstalling, and nothing. I really do not know what else to do, and can't seem to find solutions online that have working for me. I've even tried the ones that say to launch gta 5 first then RPH but that also hasn't working. if anyone has any ideas, I really would love some help.

i never get a crash log. nothing opens at all

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus and then re-installing RPH?

yes, i've done everything and done a ton of research yet nothing exists on this topic. I've had it installed before and it has worked fone. Only after the newest update have I started having issues. I've even done a full reinstall of GTA 5 and all of my mods. I've also tried launching without any mods but still nothing.

Hmm. Well lots of updates have happened recently. I would suggest starting fresh and downloading only LSPDFR and RPH. Since now there is stuff that is outdated. Also make sure to grab SHV if you want to use a trainer.
