LSPDFR character creator not working on first launch

Hello!

I am a returning LSPDFR player, and I've recently decided to install it again.
As far as I know, everything works correctly - except the character system.
After launching the game 2-3 times (some LSPDFR crash problems - fixed it) it just puts me into Michael and assignes me a random name instead of "Michael De Santa".
Can't go to duty, can't create a character, can't do anything. Did anyone have this problem as well? Is there a way to reset our progress or something?
(Also, the "LSPDFR" tab in the pause menu isn't working)
Hope you can help me.

I tried to do this 10 times, but finally somehow after loading different saves and reloading the plugins, I got to the police station.
