Black window tint but not for everybody

so i got a pd car working for me and some others. but some ppl on the same server still have the black tint they have cleared cache but still nothing.i have checked the code in meta and that is the right one  am getting out off ideas to test here i need some help

    On all the car slots in the vehicles meta the diffuse tint value should be something like 0x00FFFFFF (not 100% on the exact code as I'm not at my PC)

     

    If it's not, perhaps check the texture in the ytd and make sure the glass texture is transparent and not opaque
