hi so I downloaded Els and when I opened the game with ELS installed I also had plug-ins installed at the time  and all of the required stuff for els and i had a els supported car. When i got in the car some of the lights were dim and solid. When I pressed j nothing happened but when i pressed E the back tail lights and the siren turned on then if i press j while the siren and the tail lights are on it will turn off the siren. not sure what to do any suggestions 

Do you have Script Hook V installed?

I figured it out i just didn't have to required stuff thank you for all of your help but do you know how to brighten up the light now that they work they aren't very bright
