    nether of those have worked, here is a updated log. i noticed that in the log it says that there is a update for lsdpfr but I just updated lsdpfr a half hour ago.
     
     
     
    I fixed it. It was my fualt i did not install the lspd first response file into my gta directory when updating lspdfr.
