The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    try running gta 5 with rph, but dont load plugins on start up, then load your plugins one by one and see which one causes the crash

    for the heap limit, do i just put it in the gta main directory also your the creator of better radiance. that mod is awesome i use it. that so cool that you help people out.

    Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features then go to turn windows features on and off hit framework(both) and make the boxes unchecked then restart your computer. if you edit vehicles meta replace the modded one with a stock one
