I have tried to install Computer+ and Compulite. Neither computer is working as far as trying to create charges and citations. When I had compulite installed, I could lookup vehicles or peds, but was unable to click on “create citation” or “create arrest report”. When I had Computer+ installed, it would just get stuck on the login screen and I was unable to click login. Also with Computer+, I would have to reload all plugins to exit the game. I am using dual screens, but have no other issues with any other game. I tried different resolutions and tried using windowed mode, but nothing works. Anyone have this issue or know a solution? Would be appreciated! Thank you.

Okay, I see you've tried different resolutions, have you tried just using Fullscreen mode? That worked for me. Most of these plugins were optimized to run at 1080p so I would try fullscreen 1080p and see if that helps.

I’ve been using the “windowed mode”, “force borderless window” in the rage settings. When I get a chance I will try to take that off and just run a true fullscreen in 1080p. Thanks for the reply i’ll let you know if it works.

Try to set Mouse Input method to "Raw input"

 

So far nothing works. I tried setting to true fullscreen mode. I tried different mouse inputs, nothing works. Also just updated compulite to its newest version today as it was released 11/12, unfortunately it didn’t work either.
