    i have also redownloaded lsdpr 3 times same with rage. i have no firewalls up. i hav run it with the mods folder disabled and it works... then crashes once loaded in and run for 50 metres. menyoo crashes instantly. i have removed all plugins car lspdr and it loads but crashes after running 50 meters.

    So I see several issue here. First, Menyoo isn't the best trainer to use. I recommend Simple Trainer. Second, I notice that you don't have a plugin timeout threshold. Can you got into your RPH Settings and screenshot each tab for me.
