I dont believe it is scripthook as my simple trainer works, and ELS itself works, Just the lighting doesnt work. Everything that requires scripthook works. I believe its the rockstar launcher that is causing the issue.

By ELS works, you mean you hear it clicking, and when you go code 3, headlights and tailights flash, but nothing else?  If so, just restart your computer.  I'm not sure why, but sometimes ELS bugs out and will only show the lights upon a restart.

Update: a quick restart fixed it. for anyone else future issues

Great, because I was JUST about to ask about that. Suddenly my ELS stopped working as well. Wig wag's work, but my strobes were no good. Will also try a restart.

Hola, me costo mucho instalar al principio todo por que me salían muchos errores y ahora después de la actualización cuando entro al gta no me funciona ELS apretó para activar las luces y no aparece nada tengo las sirenas predeterminadas del juego con la tecla E y nada más 

Estoy teniendo problema con ELS que es que cuando entro al gta no me funciona solo prendo las sirenas con la tecla E la predeterminada y ya tengo todo ELS adentro de la carpeta del juego
