Hope I am asking this in the right spot. I am a huge novice when it come sto this but I was able to install LCPDFR .91 for my son this weekend on GTA IV and he is able to use it fine. He now finds .95 Do I have to install .95 on a clean GTA or can I install over .91? Hope that makes sense.

    Just download .95 and run the installer. It will override .91 to .95.
