LSPDFR-Stop the ped Crashing game on startup

Hey guys so im having a problem using stop the ped on 4.4 currently when i put the mod into the plugins folder and start the game LSPDFR crashes when i try to go on duty this also happens if i do forceonduty. I know that this is related to stop the ped because i installed LSPDFR again freshly and the only mod that i put into the folder was the stop the ped one im very confused so any tips would be appreciated T.I.A
