I had a different issue so I uninstalled and reinstalled my game and replaced all the plugins. The first time I opened it, it worked until I went to go on duty and then I got a message next to several plugins that said, "different lspd first response.dll version detected" then it said that lspdfr was terminated because it caused the game to freeze. Please help!!!!!!

Could you please post your RPH Crash Log? To get that, follow these steps:

 

1. Open your GTA 5 Main Directory.

2. Find the text file titled: "RagePluginHook".

3. Copy it and paste it to your desktop.

4. Select the "choose files..." under the text box and upload it.

It looks as though your issue is blocked files. Here are the steps to unblock them:

 

1. Re-download RPH.

2. Create a new folder on your desktop and title it: "RPH".

3. Using WinRaR, extract the downloaded folder to the folder you just created on your desktop.

4. For each file in the unzipped download, right click on it and select Properties and check the box next to "Unblock".

Update: I figured out how to unblock the files but it didn't solve the issue.

Ah okay. You may have to repeat the same process with LSPDFR. However, what you must do is first do the process with LSPDFR and then install it. Then repeat the process with RPH and install that. It seems a bit repetitive but is necessary.
