So i have read up on this issue and it is off and on, reason 1 is that is is RAM issue and down below i have posted my specs. it looks like if i either added to many cars or if the have to many call out packs this happens, is there any way to fix this? or expand my ram/ memory or possibly take out files that are not needed?

Another issue i am having is that i will turn the conner and a police car will be in the middle of the road with 2 guys in blue shirts standing on it. when i interact with them the game crashes..... the callouts i have installed are: Agency, United, whatevers. has anyone else had this issue and where is it coming from?
