I am very interested in this as well. Taht mod would be something I didn´t know I needed. 
So far I just accepted that it is like it is

    It's been a long time problem, it used to work fine actually, @Bxbugs123 first sheriff crown vic had amazing lights but somehow one of the updates messed it all up 2-3 years ago
