 I disabled Avast and it's now work... Well, not exactly, the game is starting but now it's LSPDFR which crash the game...

So, you have two issues. First, to solve the anti-virus issue, you need to create an exception for RPH. Second, for the crash, you need to unblock the files in LSPDFR. To do that, follow these steps:
 

1. Re-download LSPDFR.

2. On your desktop, create a new folder and title it: "LSPDFR".

3. Extract the downloaded files into the folder you just made.

4. For each file in the download, right click and select properties and then check the box next to "Unblock".

I can't unblock the files... I don't have the box "unblock"
I tried to do it with windows powershell : ''dir -Path "C:\Users\rafhe\Desktop\LSPDFR" -Recurse | Unblock-File''
but the game is still crashing
