No. That was another vehicle I tried earlier on. I thought that maybe the reason it wasn’t working was because of the vehicle but then I realised none of them are working. I’ll send the second picture.

Tge HCSO Charger isn't working because it is considered an add-on vehicle.  Replace vehicles, which is what the patchdays are for, replace vehicles already in the game like police, police2, sheriff, fbi, etc.  HCSO Charger would be added on as a brand new vehicle.

 

Screenshot wise, I'm not seeing anything that'd be an immediate issue.  In OpenIV, click "Tools" -->  ASI Manager.  Make sure ASI Loader and OpenIV.asi are installed.

Everything is installed. I did that a while back and I double checked and everything is downloaded. All 3 of them. I’ve had another go getting vehicles but my game just crashed because I used Albo1125’s modding service (doesn’t work/to complicated). Any other ideas of why it isn’t working. Maybe it’s just this particular patch day.
