I can't make a traffic stop with police bike

In OpenIV, navigate to the vehicles.meta  (mods / update / update / common / data / levels / gta 5)

 

Extract this vehicles.meta to your desktop, then open it.

 

Press CTRL F and search for policeb

 

Once on the policeb meta, scroll down a bit until you find the section for FLAGS.

 

Make sure it has FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE

 

If it doesn't have one of those, add it exactly as I have put it.

 

Now save the file and close the program you're using to edit.

 

In OpenIV, click "edit mode" at the top.

 

Drag and drop the vehicles.meta on your desktop to the same spot you pulled it from.

 

Now click "edit mode" again and you should be good.
