I am unsure about the lighting but I do know the CHP and that CVPI uses a unique siren made by Whelen specifically made for the CHP. If you would like to find that specific siren you could easily find some samples by searching "CHP siren" in the audio downloads section.

    Thanks very much pal，I watched a 2010 CHP chase video on YouTube yesterday，I noticed that a slicktop CVPI which equipped withlightbar liked I showed was different from 2011 version，when it was parking，the front lightbar was still Left—Right  Left—Right flashing，also different from the one equipped with Federal Signal version
