So I've looked at a few threads and am having trouble finding my issue.   I just updated RPH, LSPDFR, GTA 5 patch, and scripthook V to current release.   When I start RPH it launches but just sits with the big RAGE logo in the middle up screen saying "loading game".  GTA 5 never launches.  I tried to start the game and launch RPH once I click story mode, and it starts.  when it shows RPH shows everything loading in the center of the screen the 2nd or 3rd lines lists "Fatal Error".  

Once it loads all the plugins.. all the plugins crash at the same time, then it freezes and exits out.  

 

UPDATE***

I was able to fix the RPH problem.  something to do with commandlines needed to be cleared.  I've removed all plugins from the game, and everytime I F4 and type "loadplugin" LSPFR it crashes

I was able to fix the RPH crashing and the Fatal Error issue, had to clear my commandline.txt ..  however every time I load lspdfr it crashes as soon as its loaded.  Here is the latest log.  I just tried again.  Cop Holster and other plugins work fine.  Just LSPDFR crashes instantly.

one of your plugins is blocked, to fix go through your plugins folder, right click /properties then tick the unblock box if it appears, if it doesnt appear in any of them go to plugins/lspdfr and do the same

I re-downloaded LSPDFR manual install... its working fine now... kind of.. all the uniforms are random clothing..

I had similar issue but worse...my RPH would do nothing when I try to launch it.  There is the little circle that spins by my mouse by I do not even get the logo to come up on my screen so that I can go into settings.  I have re-downloaded everything 2 times today and I am on my third fresh install now waiting for it to finish.  It is super frustrating but cannot complain too much on something that is free.  It was working just fine yesterday and today for some reason Rage would not launch at all.

I have to launch GTA V then once I start to load story mode, I ALT & TAB and launch RPH.  and that seems to be working fine.

I wish LSPDFR just worked normal but again, I cannot complain too much because at the end of the day it is a free thing so I will just work around these bugs...
