GTA V Visual Settings for Optimal performance

Featured Replies

Hi, I've been playing lspdfr since 1 year but till now I haven't figured out how to properly tweak my visual settings for best performance. My laptop config is:

- i7 8700

- 16GB RAM

- Game is installed in SSD

- GTX 1060 (6GB)

- I play the game in 4k resolution

I usualy get 35fps if there is a lot of activity during a callout (more peds, cars and objects) and 45ish during normal patrol and usual callouts.

If i play in 1080p then it's around 85, but after playing on 4k, 1080p feels meh

I played the game with all settings very high or ultra.... (not all options are possible on very High or ultra but only high)
Reflection on very HIGH, and POST FX on ULTRA, that give's you the best lights and reflection visual.

And i'm using de Redux Mod... personally i love it, and makes the game more realistic with all the graphics and real sounds...

My settings are:

i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (with MAX-Q Design)
6GB Video
