The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hi,

I have installe the new update of LSPDFR and scrip hook V, and now, when i start GTA with Rage, the game load but stay on '' Populatin game and word'' and GTA never start. 

Can you help me please?

    Try loading GTA V by itself.  Wait until a story character loads, then press ALT+TAB on your keyboard.  Next, run RHP.  It should hook the instance and load LSPDFR.  Let me know of your results.
