I've been have this problem for a while, sometimes when I was driving around,  the windshield or the door frame of the patrol car will suddenly 'disappear' in front of me; the ground and building will do that as well.

 

I tried reinstall the game, the mod, I even bought a new SSD and wiped everything on my PC, freshly reinstall the system, put GTA5 into the SSD but it is still happening. I don't know what to do anymore, please help.

 

I apologize if this post reads like completely gibberish to you, I just woke up from a huge hungover my brain are still trying to catch up with what is happening.

I also had the same issue, I bought an SSD - same issue! 

 

I found that sometimes unloading lspdfr in ragehook instantly restores the textures, I also found that adding the following line into the lspdfr ini helped (didnt resolve it completely though) - Main.PreloadAllModels = false

 

again none f this has fully resolved the issue but seems to delay it happening.

 

For me this only happens in the city, out in county it never happens which I thought was weird.

 

I also found some cool 2k texture packs instead of 4k as thought that might be an issue. 

 

I hope this helps and also hope that someone can find a a perma solution for us!
