Whenever I click on my shortcut for RagePluginHook, it will not open. I went into my files and attempted to open the original Rage to no avail. I tried to use albo's troubleshooter which said I needed C++ 2010. Downloaded that, didn't work. Reinstalled Rage, didn't work. Reinstalled LSPDFR, Didn't work. I'm guessing there's something really obvious that I'm missing, but I'm really not sure. 

 

Go into your antivirus and allow it to open. That happened to me the other night and that’s how I fixed it. For some reason it randomly started blocking it as a virus. 

I allowed RageHook through my firewall, to and it didn't work. I tried to launch GTA normally, it started to load but then when I hit story mode, it exited on me. I tried it a few times but they all failed. Rage doesn't open when clicked and GTA starts but doesn't fully open. Confused as to what I've done wrong here.

Hmm if regular GTA isn’t loading the only solution I know of is a complete uninstall and reinstall.

I solved the problem very easily, I took the gta 5 backup files and replaced them with the ones I modified
