The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello All:

 

When trying to follow tutorials online for installing LSPDFR everytime get to the Rage Plugin Part where you double click on the shortcut, I get a small loading wheel, and then nothing happens or opens. I've tried running as an administrator, holding shift and double clicking, and nothing. I really do not know what else to do, and can't seem to find solutions online. I really want to experience LSPDFR but can't as of right now.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    I was having this exact issue but I have managed to get it working now.

    If you or anyone else is still experiencing this you should first try opening the RAGEPluginHook.exe with windows real-time protection turned OFF. if the plugin hook opens then we know that this is the problem.

    This however is only a temporary fix, to implement a full fix go to Virus & Threat Protection, under "Current Threats" you will see "Protection history", click onto that then click through your recent threats till you find the one that has "Grand theft auto V", in the bottom right you should see "Actions" click that then "Allow". Give your PC a min or two to have the changes take effect then launch RAGEPluginHook.exe again, it should work.

    That fixed it, windows virus protection under protection history, was blocking the application after a while.
