I downloaded the mod today and could not figure out how to play it. I read the forums and it said I needed to update this RAGE plugin, so I manually downloaded it, but when I hit F4 nothing pops up. Is there anything I can do?

if you downloaded LSPDFR 0.4.3, it already has the latest RagePluginHook. you don't need to install RPH again.

 

if pressing F4 doesn't bring up the console, that means RPH is not loaded. try to set "force windowed mode" when starting GTA V and make sure your antivirus is not blocking it.

Thank you, I was starting the game with steam and not the rage window since it was not on my desktop. I had to search my entire comp for rage then pin it to taskbar!
