The game doesn't want to load at all it just stucks on "waiting for the game window", but when I remove dinput8.dll (ScriptHookV file) the game starts but without any mods. I have some scripts and vehicle mods placed with OpenIV. 

that means you have a corrupted mods folder.

 

if it was working fine before you added those scripts and vehicle, try to roll it back.

 

if problem still persist and you don't know exactly which mod was causing that, i suggest you to start all over again with a clean mods folder.

@Pazzi I removed the folder with the mods and SHV as well. The game loaded and the scripts are working but I want to use Menyoo trainer mod. I think without the ScriptHook I can't.

I got the mods folder deleted and the game still doesn't load with SHV.

can you run and play GTA V only (directly) ?

do you also have ScriptHookVDotNet.dll and scripts folder? try to remove those

I'll try it out when they update SHV. For now i'm fine with using the console.
