this warning message is appearing, does anyone know what it would be? the "Stop The Ped"

 

It means that both mods use the same type of action: "Police Transport" and "Tow Service". It is advised to either remove Stop The Ped or Arrest Manager to solve the issue.

In addition to this, Albo's mods do say "for best performance, have all my mods installed" - This is just one of his ways to make sure you use all his mods.  You can remove AM but still use Traffic Policer and Smart Radio without issue.
