The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    Try turning the distance down to something like 20 or 30. If that doesn't work, I think it needs to be updated. According to the comments page, quite a few people have the same problem. Unfortunately I don't use the plugin myself, so I the advice I can give is limited.
