im gonna sound like a rookie which i am (didnt know where to post this) , but for some reason everytime i try and add a cop car to the most recent patchday, it'll stick in OpenIV but once i start the game it dowloads the 1 or 2gb update and pretty much overwrites the original patchday and removes i.e; police2.ytd and whatever other files i try to move over. i feel like im the only one with this problem. idk what im doing wrong. ive added regular cars and add ons but when it comes to the cop cars i get no luck (even tried going to patch day1 and overwriting original police2 but same thing.)

give a try to this video, works very well for me, also in the description there is the mod used to work

also there is a tutorial from albo that i also using, here is the link, BTW isn't unlimited, you can install 10 cars before the game crash, so don't go more than 10 cars
