Within days of having to reinstall my entire game due to it failing to load, I'm now facing another problem. I'm getting a game "in and out" error:

This happened after I installed a few car and weapon mods. I uninstalled all of them, and ths issue still persists. Please, please can someone help me as I really don't want to have to go through the pain of having to reinstall my game again.

try to verify files instead of download the whole game, also is recommended to  use a mod folder in the future
