SO I BOUGHT THIS GAME AND MY COMPUTER JUST FOR THIS MOD. GTAIV IS POINTLESS TO ME WITHOUT IT. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING AND EVERY ADVICE ON THE WEB/ YOUTUBE TO START THIS MOD. BUT IT SEEM IMPOSSIBLE AND I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM DOING...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

MY DIAGNOSTIC TEST GAVE SAID EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, EXEPT ONE ERROR: (IT HAS A CHECK MARK) RAM NOT SUPPORTED: I HAVE PLENTY..I EVEN REMOVED GAMES LIKE FLIGHT SIMULATER X FROM MY COMPUTER TO MAKE SPACE OR RAM, IT STILL DOESNT WORK.

I HAVE A HIGH DEF VIDEO CARD, AND AGAIN EVERYTHING IN THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST IS CHECK AS GOOD.

IT JUST A BLUR WHEN I PRESS ALT-P AT THE BEGINING OF THE GAME. I HAVE RUN THE GAME AS ADMINISTRATOR AS WELL..PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME!!!

did u update gta iv to 1.0.7.0 patch yet? if not remove EVERYTHING (uninstall gta iv) and re install then update to 1.0.7.0 patch. Then add mod. or you can just delete all your mods then update then put mods back in

Tell us if the games work or not after a reinstall. Don't forget the diagnostics log if it doesn't work.

Did the game work before you installed the mod?

Yes, I played it fine as regular gtaiv, just it didnt work as first responder, it seem blury when i press alt-p.. did i do something wrong?

THANKS!! I already reinstalled with the update and it worked. now one final problem, it is super slow, allot slower in duty then out..What should i buy, upgrade or do to fix this little problem. it appears to be super late to my comand and lights wont come on

Might be your computer. Though mine is pretty bad and LCPDFR doesn't seem to make it worse.

No, i just got it to work perfectly and very quickyl by lowering the settitings, some how it got in the highist settings. but i still have one dilema, how to turn on the sirens and lights.. i press forward / and nothing happens but i can make traffic stops, again thank you guys, you have been great in helping me.
