GTA: EFLC HELP!!!

okay so i have lcpdfr installed no problems but i cant get els or any of the cars im new to this and i tried to ask a bunch of ppl for help but noone is answering. now when i download els it dosent come as a file or a folder i can open or drag its like nothing is there at all so if i can get help with tht maybe i need something else first idk? the other is getting all the cool police cars idk how to do those either please help thanx.

Installation:

just open it and extract the stuff inside the "VERSION A" folder into your GTA Folder and you should be ready to go.

Cars

Requirements:

SparkIV: http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=comments&cat=326&id=28310

OR

OpenIV: www.openiv.com

Discription:

If you download a car it comes with a wtd and an wtf.Police cars are normally namend "police1.wtd","noose.wtd" and so on. The name infront of the wtd and wtf are the names of the models they gona replace. so "noose.wtd" and "noose.wtf" will replace the noose patrol car. You can change the name to replace a diffrent car if you want too.

Installation

SparkIV:

1) Just open up sparkiv and click on "Browse"

2) Now on the Left Side scroll all the way down till you see the point "cdimages" under "Models" and click on it

3) On the right side you'll see now something called "vehicles.img" Double click on it

4) Now a new Window opens with a hole bunch of wtd and wtf files. These are all the Vehicles in the game.

5) Just click on "IMPORT" and select the wtf and the wtd file from the mod you downloaded. It will replace the normal gta4 car with the modded one. Now click "SAVE" and close SparkIV

6) Done

OpenIV:

1) Start OpenIV and Select GTA IV

2) Select the path to your GTA Folder

3) Now you just click on "Models" on the Left Side and then on "cdimages"

4) Double Click "vehicles.img"

5) Just drag and drop the wtd and wtf files from your mod into OpenIV

6) Close OpenIV

7) Done

when i try to replace a car it says its not there to replace should i download the version of spark iv tht u provided or download openiv? thanx again

also i tried to download the els and theres like nothing there it says i have to open with something so i dont understand at all

to be honest i don't understand your problem xD

you don't need to open els at all. just extract it and paste it into your gta folder xD

about the car:

are you sure you are in the right spot to import it?

it's gta4/pc/modles/cdimages/vehicles.img

els when its downloaded its not a file or anything and with the cars yea i do tht and theres no police cars in there they keep saying cannot create new file

okay i got the cars down now thanx now i dont get the els thing

if you download the els i linked ya too it will download a archive you need to open it with winrar or 7-Zip.

and in that thing is a folder. Just open that folder and throw everything thats in there into your gta 4 root folder xD

if your game crashes with ELS V6 (the one i gave you) switch back to ELS V5 (a more stable version of ELS)

okay thanx and what about sirens ik u can change them is it hard?
