ELS not working? GTA V

Featured Replies

Hi!

So I'm fairly new to the GTA 5 community. The amount of times I have re installed GTA because ELS was not working is unreal, to the point I've almost given up. Everything has been installed properly but I do not know what else to do. The default keys do not work, but pressing E activates lights and siren (I cannot change sirens after this)

Help please?

Thanks!
Dan.

What ElS vehicles are you using? Also, J, K and L activate els lights and 1 through 6 activate sirens.

Hi. I'm using BritishGamer88's BMW 530d police pack.

EDIT: I must mention no matter what car I use ELS does not work. Tried Double Doppler's cars but no avail.

That pack doesn't appear to be an ELS vehicle pack. You need to have the ELS xml's  Looks like that pack does not have them.

Be sure the pack is ELS and not NON ELS

Do you have ScripthookV installed? I'm out of ideas as to why you can't get it to work..

It says ELS.asi failed to load and ScriptHookVDotNet.asi failed to load. How do you fix this?

EDIT: Fixed ScriptHookVDotNet.asi failed to load by installing some redistributable microsoft thing. ELS still not working however

Do you have ASI enabled in OpenIV? You have all instructions on how to install ELS? Latest ScripthookV.dll?

All of those done.
