When you install LCPDFR .91 does .NET Framework 4.0 and C++ automatically install as well? And where can I find the report that I see people posting who have trouble?

It doesn't install as well, you have to download & install those yourself.

It's called the Diagnostics Tool and can be found here: Remember to run this program as a Administrator and no Grand Theft Auto 4 related things are open!
