I can play the game with my mods installed, but nothing happens when I press Alt+P

It says Single Core CPU's not supported-Is there a way around this ?

This means that you either have 2 asi loaders or more installed in your gta iv or you dont have one at all. You need to either delete one or add one. I would recommend using the xlive asi loader because it already has game complete. you can also find a loading screen mod to skip past the loading screens later

I'd recommend dsound since you can keep online play, and windows live. Wich means you can keep in touch with friends and even play this mod online!

Dsound.dll still needs to be removed to play non-trainer Multiplayer, though. Which I hate about mods/trainers - You gotta remove them from their folder to play legit multiplayer.
