Hello I have been having this issue where the female peds have los santos badges and the males have los angeles badges i didnt know if this is something with ultimate backup or something in my files, also the patch on the side this happens to all the police peds its like weirdly textured on any thoughts?

    if you have EUP installed you need EUP configurations for both LSPDFR and Ultimate Backup.

    you can search and download those files in "Visual Data" or "Misc" files section.
