Weird question, but I can't seem to find it with Google. Is is possible to change the color of the light reflection from your police car? Here's an example:

You'll notice the light bars are illuminating blue lights, but the ground is reflecting red lights. Is it possible to change that to blue as well?

Yes sir.

Look in your ELS.ini, and there is a section where you can change the colors.

There's a reference on the bottom, to tell you which numbers go for what colors. I can't post it now, since I'm not on my gaming PC.
