GTAV/LSPDFR Crash with addon cars

So here is the issue, before update everything worked great, after update game keeps crashing. I believe it is due to addon cars. So far I have deleted mods folder, and started fresh, removed all plugins except LSPDFR. At that point everything loaded fine. I then put back my replacement cars and added back EUP, everything still fine. I then tried to add some of my addon cars back and thats when the game starts crashing. Removed all addon cars and everything goes back to normal. Tried then adding 1 car at a time, on first car game crashes after it says "Loading LSPDFR".

Ive searched the forum for answers and tried a few different game configs with no luck. I am updated to current version of GTAV, LSPDFR, and scripthook V.
