Issues with constant crashing.

Hello, My friend and I have recently installed this mod and we were able to join each others multiplayer server once but then anytime we tried to do it afterwards one of us would crash. We did install ELS as we assumed it would work with this mod since we saw it under the downloads tab. After looking around on the website, I noticed it said it does not support third party mods so I removed it and so did he and still the same results. In the spoiler below is the diagnostic report. Maybe you have some scrip that causes it to crash when i play with a friend we did crash allot in the beginning until we stopped using several mods like TowTruck etc

the only mods I have installed for gta would be this mod, simple native trainer which I removed and the ELS mod which I removed also.

All i have installed is LCPDFR & ELS. ELS is emergency lighting system. It's for the emergency vehicles that you can have different types of flashing light patterns. I don't know much about scripting but 2012-08-19 16:16:01 - Direct3D device lost! would mean that devices can also be lost due to a power management event. What do you have for a video/graphcis card & power supply?
