Same thing is happening to me; and is happening to a large number of people. It's probably not on our side so I wouldn't worry about it yet 🙂

It may be outdated mods and plugins too im not really sure. Im not going to play around and test things just yet though.

looks like your getting the multiplayer issue a lot are having they released another update note long ago that will give you a option in menu to disable the multiplayer map that is currently causing a issue

and this option turns off in the RagePluginHook settings?

Today I tried to run without this option, the game immediately goes to the desktop without a window with information that gta v has stopped working
