The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello, I want to install this mod but then my lights dont work only back ones and thats it is it  because of  vehicle models or i did something wrong thanks 😄 

Also  can somebody upload plugins that works

    So make sure you put the XML file in "Grand Theft Auto V > ELS > pack_default". The XML will be called something like police.xml, fbi2.xml or whatever car you are trying to replace. Once you have done that restart your computer then it should, fingers crossed, work.
