Greetings LCPDFR Forums! 

Hello Everyone, I have just received a disc copy of GTA IV earlier today and I thought what better to do than play some LCPDFR? I've tried playing this game before with LCPDFR, script mods like ELS and e.t.c but it's never worked. Only until now I have attempted to go all the way with trainer, ELS, VDHpolicehelper & Tow Truck script. As soon as I installed GTA IV via disc I upgraded to patch 1.0.7.0 to make sure modifications were 100% compatible. I followed Gallonman20's full LCPDFR 1.1 & ELS V8.5 on Youtube to the T as well as the other scripts Trainer v6.5, VDH, & Tow truck but i noticed a problem as soon as i got in there were two very distinct error messages as soon as i got in game in the top left corner the first was "Error in script 'LCPDFR_Loader.Loader'! 

The second error message was "LCPDFR encountered a critical error while initializing and shut down. Please check the logfile." Upon getting these two I roamed the LCPDFR forums for help hoping someone had the same issue, turns out they did and I saw a post saying " Try downloading Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4" and after i tried this ELS V8.5 actually started functioning although there is no control panel for lighting stages or sirens. LCPDFR funky enough started functioning after this installation of Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 as well, before installation of that nothing but whenever I go out on the streets I see and hear strange things such as radio chirping, random lcpdfr events taking place, white dots on the map, callouts on the radio, random civilians with red markers above their heads e.t.c but I am not allowed to intervene whatsoever. Also VDH is working just fine with no issues. Can anyone please help me? I was told to check the log files i did but i have no idea what they mean. I will post what i have found in the logs and diagnostic tool. If what i posted does not suffice to help you solve my issue just ask what you need and i'll get it to you ASAP.

It seems I also forgot that i used the Automatic Installer for LCPDFR 1.1

All I know is that normally ELS configuration can play a major role in how the game itself or lcpdfr operates. AI ELS can be configured to prevent the game from crashing. I also know that some mods can spawn random events or world events into the world, which explains the white dots on your map and the red arrow above ped heads.
