Error with LCPDFR

Few minutes ago I was able to go on duty, and select my skin and car model..

But upon driving around I got no call outs, and then when I tried to toggle 'busy' nothing worked! I looked in the LCPDFR.txt file, and saw this

FYI I have both DSOUND and xlives... I know xlives isn't good to have, BUT if i don't have that, my save file won't be recognized

EDIT: Also only 1 of my car models will load! and I can only do that through my in-game trainer! Otherwise my character will just stand there waiting for a car to spawn

Okay looking at your Diagnostics Report you are good on all your version, c++, and .Net Framework. But I will quote your problem down below on what I've found.

GTA IV - Asi loader installed: False

This basically means you have no ASI Loader at all, my advice to you is re-install the whole LCPDR mod and try installing it with just the DSOUND ASI Loader. See if that solves the problem at all. Make sure you delete all files related to LCPDFR before re-installing the mod!

Now if your Loader problem is solved but having a problem with your cars not loading at all my advice would be to re-install the whole Grand Theft Auto 4, then install the LCPDFR mod, then install what ever mods you had in there before at a time. This will help you find out if it's a mod causing the problem or not.
