thats because xliveless gets around the GFWL, and LCPDFR does not support xliveless, another catch 22, delete everything, GFWL, and GTAIV as GFWL comes with GTAIV, and then re-install GTA IV (make sure your doing it as admin, and turn off any av/firewalls during instillation and then run the game at least once for GFWL to update itself (Without LCPDFR installed), then re-enable everything and then install the LCPD:FR mod again then try. (Don't use Xliveless at all.
