The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Not so much needing "support" as it is, instead trying to find a plugin?

I've been watching streamers play FiveM and watching them on the beat as police officers, which look pretty neat however...I have also noticed that they seems to have some sort of plugin that shows which street (and cardinal direction) they're on. I was curious if there was anything like that available to us using LSPDFR.

Note:  I am aware what goes on with FiveM is different from LSPDFR, was just curious if we had anything similar in that regard.

Also, if anyone is able/willing, could they reply (or PM?) a detailed, step by step on getting ELS installed and working? I'm as dumb as a box of week old donuts and I cannot for the life of me figure it out, despite instructions.

Thanks a whole lot for the information! @aRragingCanadian

Though I don't have a "mods" folder within my GTA directory. And based on the amount of stuff that's supposed to be in there, it doesn't appear to be something I need to make myself. I wonder if I'm missing innate files that are supposed to be there?

Was able to figure out everything except why I can't drag files into OpenIV despite being in edit mode. OpenIV says it doesn't need to be in admin mode, and that doing so could even cause issues with dragging dropping files. Which, I get that. But even though I'm not, it still won't allow me to do so.

You're welcome. Hope everything works out for you.

The "mods" folder is there if you want to install cars using "OpenIV", which allows you to replace cars safely. -- You may need to create a "Scripts" folder if you wish the add things such as a speedometer. Most other stuff is either placed inside the LSPDFR folder or the Plugins folder, 99% of the content you may want to add comes with some sort of installation instructions, if not a simple search on YouTube will do just fine.
