whenever i go on a traffic stop, if i decide to ask the suspect to get out of the vehicle, i get a text box at the top right of my screen that says something along the lines of, "the ped will now follow you on foot."  

 

I then place the suspect under arrest and frisk them, then i place he/she on the ground and call them a transport unit. Now this is where things get all messed up. When the transport van shows up and the officer gets out to pickup the suspect, the suspect gets up normally and starts following the officer, when the arrested ped gets a few meters away from me, they turn around, start walking back towards me, then turn around again and start walking back to the transport officer. this process continues until the game thinks it has picked up the ped, and the transport van leaves, or if i stand next to the van, the suspect goes in, the van starts driving away, and as soon as they get a few meters away from me they get out of the moving van and start following me again, they become unkillable, and just sort of exist to follow me around on foot for the rest of my patrol. 

 

im using, 

- police smart radio

- traffic policer

- arrest manager

- search warrant

and some other mods such as cars and els that should have no affect on this issue.

i saw another post about someone with the same problem, once of the replies said to remove arrest manager and replace it with stop the ped. 

 

Ill try this tommorow and see if it works 

Yeah Stop The Ped is more popular than Arrest Manager.  I like STP better.  When I first started playing a year and a half ago I DL's most of Albo's mods.  Now I just use Traffic Policer and Smart Radio of Albo.  Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup do all of Albo's mods and offers a little more.  So STP and Ultimate Backup does what Arrest Manager and LSPDFR+ would do.  I think you still need Traffic Policer for STP which is fine for me because sometimes I use the mimic or follow me feature of Traffic Policer on Traffic Stops.  Albo's Assorted Callouts is ok but there are a lot of other callout mods that I think are better.
