So I'm starting to make mods again for GTA 5. And I want to spawn a dead person for the investigation. I've got the model I want to be dead (MovPrem01SFY)

is there a code or something I can use to make her dead? I've tried spawning, then killing her. But then when I load the map again it just spawns her alive again.

Just set the victim's health to 0.

victim.Health = 0;

You need to look at your code again or give c# another read.
