School Shooting Awareness Videos - TRIGGER WARNING

Featured Replies

I can't see the video but honestly, even in America, they're not events you should get worried about. Just follow the procedures such as locking up doors, turning off lights, running away from the location, and don't pick up any weapons the suspect has dropped. No need to terrorize people over this though.

Video is not available. Its unfortunate that this is the time we live in now. As a law enforcement officer I believe there should be informational videos given to the students and the teachers to better prepare for a incident that may occur. Plus it helps first responders having some type of order in that situation instead of chaos in a already high stress situation.

It doesn't matter how many of these PSAs are made, people won't listen to them because no one thinks it'll happen to them.  "My school is quiet and in a no name town that no one cares about, it only happens in big cities."  It's why whenever something bad happens, you hear the typical line of "Blank was a good person, I never would've thought they could do this."  People don't see what they purposely ignore.

When I was in school the primary drills were for fire and tornado, very rarely did we ever have active shooter drills..  It's disturbing the times we live in now where schools have to do them frequently, where our youth have to even be exposed to the possibility.
